Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy summarizes the rules for content you upload, generate, or publish on MayQR. It is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service (see Section 8, "Acceptable Use and Prohibited Content"), which controls if there is any conflict.

You must be 18 or older

MayQR accounts, uploads, Portals, and purchases are for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account, upload content, operate a Portal, or make a purchase.

Keep it non-explicit

MayQR is a non-explicit platform. Do not upload, publish, or display nudity, pornography, or sexually explicit imagery on MayQR itself. You may link out to lawful adult-oriented services (for example, a "follow me" link), but the content hosted or displayed on MayQR must comply with these non-explicit standards.

Never allowed

You may not upload, publish, link to, or route a QR code to content that:

• sexually exploits or endangers a minor, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), in any form, including AI-generated or synthetic depictions;
• is non-consensual intimate imagery, or threatens to share intimate images of a person without consent;
• is obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit;
• is unlawful, or promotes or facilitates unlawful activity;
• promotes terrorism or violent extremism, or threatens, harasses, or incites violence against any person or group;
• promotes or provides instructions for self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders;
• infringes another person's intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights, or discloses someone's private information without consent;
• contains malware, or is used for phishing, scams, or fraud; or
• attempts to evade our safety, moderation, or security systems.

How we enforce

We use automated tools and human review of reports to screen content, both before and after it is published, and we may remove, disable, or refuse content and suspend or terminate accounts. Automated screening is imperfect and we do not guarantee that all prohibited content is detected.

Report or appeal

Report content that may violate these rules to abuse@mayqr.com. If we act on your ordinary (non-CSAM) content and you believe it was a mistake, you may appeal to appeals@mayqr.com. We report apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by law.

Changes

Because these are safety and legal-compliance rules, we may update them, and updates may take effect immediately. Our Terms of Service control over this summary.
